Nurse - Home Care (Horsham)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (with weekend availability)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee home-based care for adults and children with complex needs. You will provide clinical support, assess care needs, train staff, and ensure high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review individualized care plans.
Provide hands-on nursing care and staff supervision.
Train and assess care staff competencies.
Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse
Experience in home care and complex needs
Driving license (preferred)
Commutable from: Crawley, Brighton, Worthing, Guildford, Redhill, Haywards Heath, and surrounding areas.
