Starting: April 2026 - July 2026 (with the possibility to extend to permanent for the right person)

Pay: £85-£92

Hours: 08:00 - 15:30

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic teaching assistant seeking a new role? Do you have experience working with teenagers that are sometimes reluctant learners? Would you like to make a huge difference to a child's education?

This is a recently academized school looking for teaching assistants to support 1:1 in a whole class environment.  You would need to be someone that can support with empathy, patience and resilience. GCSE level 4-7 (A-C) in Maths and English are essential

Job Description:

Working within KS3 and 4
Working with students who can struggle with absenteeism, SEND additional needs and/or SEMH
Supporting on a 1:1 level for the child to access mainstream lessons around the school
Long -term contract 
Pay: Daily Rate (£85-£92)

Location: Fareham/Gosport
Start Date: April 2026
Contract Length: Long-term
Hours: Full time
