Due to an exciting expansion, we are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to manage and grow HVAC-related accounts across a defined region. This is a customer-facing, field-based role focused on relationship building, technical consultation, and revenue growth. The role will be to cover the Kent, Essex, Surrey and Hampshire region.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new opportunities.
Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors.
Provide technical advice and propose the right solutions for customer needs.
Deliver presentations, training sessions, and attend trade events.
Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular sales reports.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve any issues effectively.
Spend a minimum of 3 days per week visiting customers in the region.Skills:

Proven sales experience in HVAC / Building services / Technical Sales.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and applications.
Familiarity with reading technical drawings/specs.
Experience managing regional sales and hitting targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong communicator and skilled negotiator.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and customer focused.
Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
