Our client is based in the heart of Wokingham and are looking for the perfect Commercial Coordinator to join their growing team. The firm is nationally recognised for their technical knowledge and expertise in their field. This is a fast-paced role where you will be working with senior managers across the business. This is a fully office-based role working 8:30am to 5:00pm with a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience as well as a fantastic 12% bonus potential plus a range of wonderful extra benefits!

We're looking for a Commercial Coordinator in a key supporting role where you'll work across the departments to help grow, improve processes, and win exciting project work across the UK.

What you'll be doing as Commercial Coordinator:

Working with senior department heads you will focus on building strong relationships with key partners, responding to tenders, and ensuring exceptional project delivery.

* Supporting bid submissions, including pricing, quoting, and information collation

* Managing sales opportunities and enquiries through Salesforce

* Providing admin support for project delivery and stakeholder communication

* Maintaining project and performance reports

* Continuously improving bid/sales templates and processes

* Ensuring smooth and professional customer journeys

* Supporting team members to maintain efficiency and momentum

What we're looking for:

* Advanced skills in Excel and MS Word

* Experience in a commercial or project-based environment

* A strong communicator — written and verbal

* Detail-driven, well-organised, and proactive

* Able to build effective relationships and adapt in a fast-paced setting
