Permanent OpportunityBuilding SurveyorLocation: Wisbech and Surrounding areasWe are seeking Building Surveyor to work predominantly on Small Extension and Kitchen/Bathroom Refurbs within the Wisbech area.As a Building Surveyor in the Direct Maintenance division, you will lead technical surveys and defect management to protect residents and maintain assets to high standards. You’ll prepare technical specifications and manage contracts, budgets, and compliance across the West region, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your work directly supports safe, well-maintained homes and a customer-focused repairs service.
