Need someone who is already a deputy manager or ambitious senior care assistant- the role will involve primarily working with the senior/ care teams to improve standards and working practices
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of dementia care
Have thorough and in-depth knowledge of medication management from ordering to change-over
Be qualified to Level 3 and a willingness to work towards level 4/5
Already be a deputy/ unit manager with established work history within care homes, or an ambitious senior care assistant looking to progress
Be willing to support and mentor staff to achieve high standards
Willing to participate in the on-call rota and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
