Commercial Gas Engineer

Commercial Gas Engineer (with Mechanical knowledge)-Wolverhampton-Up to £42,000

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for commercial gas engineer with mechanical knowledge to join an established FM company. This is covering a contract within the Wolverhampton area with company van provided. The ideal candidate will have commercial gas tickets as well as mechanical and some plumbing knowledge. You must also pass a DBS check for this role. Below are all the details on this unique opportunity!

Key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas and air conditioning 
• Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties 
• Mechanical maintenance of AC systems 
• Self delivery of smaller installations 
• Electrical wiring of commercial boilers
• General plumbing duties on site
• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems. 
• Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment 
• Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance 
• Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship

Person specification:

• Commercial GasSafe qualifications, COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum
• Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
• Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
• Building services knowledge
