What will I be doing?

Developing and executing cost-effective procurement strategies
Managing supplier selection, negotiation, and performance
Leading cost-reduction initiatives across a global supply base
Supporting supply chain operations with key internal stakeholders
Managing and mentoring the purchasing team
Driving process improvements and adopting digital tools
Ensuring compliance and mitigating supply chain risks
Representing the business with major suppliers and at international levelWhat do I need to be successful?

MCIPS qualification and a relevant degree
Strong background in procurement within electronics, telecoms, or consumer goods
Experience managing offshore manufacturers and global suppliers
Confident leader and skilled negotiator with a commercial mindset
Strong Excel skills and ideally experience with Microsoft AX
Organised, proactive, and comfortable making decisions under pressure
Willingness to travel internationally (car and driving licence required)Next steps
