Eurest are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering and Cleaning Manager to oversee the daily operations at Exxon Chemicals in Cowdenbeath. This pivotal role forms part of a national contract and is responsible for delivering high-quality catering and cleaning services while maintaining excellent client relationships.

The successful candidate will ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance.

• Manage day-to-day catering and cleaning operations

• Maintain high standards of food service, hygiene, and cleaning

• Build strong client relationships and handle communication

• Control budgets, stock, ordering, and costs

• Lead, train, and support team members

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

• Proven experience in catering, facilities, or cleaning management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

• Financial awareness and experience managing budgets

• Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider national contract
