The Family Home Health Network is a dynamic post-acute care service provider of home health, hospice, palliative care, and in-home services. Family is looking for a talented Account Executive to market and promote Family’s expanding Home Health and Hospice service lines.
The Account Executive must be an extremely motivated individual with a strong commitment to patient care. The Account Executive must have a passion and drive to give back, while possessing strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with: Physicians, clinical staff, patients, families, community resources and the public. You must also be an excellent communicator and act as a highly knowledgeable representative of our Agency.
Additional responsibilities include:
· Build and expand existing established relationships.
· Establish and develop new relationships with local referral sources i.e., Hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, ILFs.
· Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding referral goals.
· Being a patient advocate.
· Minimum of 2 years sales/marketing experience in a health care setting, preferably in a Home Health and/or Hospice environment.
· Strong sales, marketing, and leadership skills/experience.
· Comfortable seeking and driving new business development
· Outstanding computer skills
