HLTA Needed - Primary School in Rural Kirklees

Contract: Ongoing, long-term placement

We are working in partnership with a welcoming rural primary school in Kirklees who are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for an ongoing role starting January 20226.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, proactive HLTA who is comfortable leading learning, supporting teachers, and delivering small-group interventions.
Role Overview
Provide high-quality support across all years
Deliver planned lessons and lead whole-class teaching when required
Support targeted intervention groups to raise attainment
Work alongside the class teacher and wider staff team
Help maintain an engaging and inclusive learning environmentWhat We're Looking For
HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
Strong primary school experience
Confident in whole-class delivery
Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to the needs of a rural school
