Duties:

· Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in order to understand customers needs.

· Ensure correct use of internal systems and follow all relevant processes.

· Ensure all sales and saves are captured and processed correctly with business requirements

· Strong telephone manner, clarity, and confidence to develop business over the phone, making warm and cold calls consistently within periodic set targets and business requirements.

· Demonstrate the ability to consistently exceed client expectations.

· Account Management - managing relationships with existing clients.

· Site visits where appropriate, with expenses evidence/paid.

· Undertake any other duties as required
