Role Overview:As we enter the busiest season in New Homes sales we're seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales Consultant to provide ad hoc cover at a sought-after development in Surrey. This is a flexible, temporary role offering a competitive day rate, perfect for individuals with strong customer service skills looking to break into the property sector or continue gaining experience. You'll step in to support the sales team during busy periods, holiday cover, or staff absence - all while working at a competitive day rate.
Key Responsibilities:Welcome and guide prospective buyers on site
Conduct viewings and highlight key features of available homes
Manage enquiries and follow up with potential purchasers
Assist with sales progression and administrative duties
Maintain the presentation of the marketing suite and show homes
Accurately update CRM systems and report to the wider team
Key Requirements:Strong background in customer-facing roles (e.g. cabin crew, luxury retail, hospitality, or property)
Polished, professional, and personable
Able to work independently and use initiative
Flexible availability, including weekends where required
Reliable transport to commute to the Guildford area
