An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food & Beverage Managerto support the Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of the Food and Beverage Operation.

The successful Candidate will have strong management skills and a passion for delivering the highest level of service, consistently exceeding the expectation of our Members and guests.

Training will be provided to the successful candidate, and we will ensure that development continues within the role.

Hours: 35 - 45 hours per week

Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

*

Delivery of staff training, to achieve a quality dining and hospitality service within all the Club's food & beverage facilities.

*

Deputising for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence.

*

Drafting rosters for approval.

*

To prepare and monitor the accuracy and presentation of all menus, wine lists and bar tariffs.

*

To manage all Health & Safety at Work & Food Hygiene Regulations.

*

Maintain stock levels and standards.

*

Financial and budget planning and reporting.

Key attributes of an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

*

Must have a minimum of 2 years in a Food & Beverage Leadership role.

*

Excellent communications skills.

*

Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, including weekends.

*

Immaculate personal presentation.

*

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate Member and guest needs and go the extra mile.
