The Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll work directly with individuals in the community, supporting them to secure and retain employment. This is a mobile position, involving daily travel to meet participants, employers and partner organisations across a range of settings.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing a caseload of participants and guiding them towards employment

* Understanding individual needs, strengths and aspirations

* Creating tailored action plans and vocational profiles

* Supporting job searches, CV development and interview preparation

* Providing ongoing in-work support to ensure job retention

* Building relationships with local employers to source suitable opportunities

* Promoting inclusive recruitment and advising on workplace adjustments

* Working collaboratively with health services, local authorities and community partners

* Keeping accurate records and tracking progress

Your goal will be to help individuals move into sustainable employment quickly, with the right support in place.

Ideal Candidate

You'll be someone who thrives on working with people and is motivated by achieving positive outcomes.

You will have:

* Experience supporting individuals or customers within a caseload or target-driven environment

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Confidence engaging with employers and external stakeholders

* Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage a busy workload

* The ability to work independently while contributing to a team

* Good IT skills across Microsoft Office and Teams

* A genuine belief in people's ability to succeed

No clinical background is required, comprehensive training will be provided.
