The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will:

Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

Have experience working within a nursery or early years setting

Be enthusiastic, caring and passionate about childcare

Have a sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
