Compliance Administrator (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) HybridManchesterWe are working with a leading motor retail services provider who is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join the business on a full-time, fixed-term basis.In this role, you will support regulatory compliance processes, with a focus on FCA and Consumer Duty standards in a motor retail finance setting.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits and reviews.
• Maintain compliance records and monitoring logs.
• Summarise management information (MI) reports.
• Assist with meetings, minutes, and action logging.
• Support the Compliance Monitoring Plan and escalate risks.
• Perform quality assurance checks and support internal investigations.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, finance, or motor trade (preferred).
• Knowledge of FCA rules/Consumer Duty.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
