PURPOSE OF JOB:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the private sector. The ideal candidate possesses highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, a strong desire to succeed and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospecting and Lead Generation

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events and use of social media (LinkedIn)
Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads.

Client Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Conduct client needs assessments to understand their IT requirements.
Management of the Sales Cycle from discovery to close.
Present and demonstrate IT products and services effectively

Solution Selling

Develop customized IT solutions based on client needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to create comprehensive proposals.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our IT solutions.

Sales Negotiation and Closing

Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and close deals.
Work closely with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Pipeline Management

Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.
Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and progress.

Market Intelligence

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs.

Required skills
