The Role

* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 guidance* Survey a range of commercial, industrial, and domestic properties* Identify and assess asbestos containing materials* Produce accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams* Ensure all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance

Requirements

* BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)* Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited consultancy* Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and guidance* Good report writing and communication skills* Ability to manage workload independently* Full UK driving licence
