The Branch:

· The branch operates out of a head office in Solihull, Birmingham and operates throughout the West Midlands

· Opportunity to grow and develop your own care branch and provide the highest quality care around the West Midlands area

· The company have excellent internal support and provide you all the tools to be a successful branch manager and ensure you are able to compete with the biggest players in the market!

The Company:

· This company started out in the north of England and have been so successful that their franchises now reach across the country.

· Regularly achieve positive messages from LA and CQC with many of the homes fully compliant.

· Based in the busy, fast moving area of a vibrant city!

The Role:

· Role is to become the Registered Home Manager of their latest franchise

· You must know how to run a domestic care branch and be up to date with training and your knowledge of the care sector

· You will have experience of management within the care sector and/or a similar job

· You will manage the day to day running including:

o Ensure compliance

o Staff appraisals and budgets

o Oversee the delivery of high-quality care

· Excellent Remuneration packages offered £40k+:
