1Pm To 9Pm: Helpdesk Support At Top US Law Firm To £43,000

SALARY: Up to £43,000

London based US Law firm is looking to hire a new Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide first and second line support for all aspects of personal computer usage and firmwide IT equipment for the London office.  Responsibilities will include installing new computer equipment, working with off-site vendors to assist with systems repairs and maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that occur with firm desktop and laptop computers, monitoring daily virus and security alerts, preparing and testing laptops with appropriate software, setting up and supporting audio and video conferencing between firm offices and clients, setting up and troubleshooting Cisco VOIP telephone system, providing PC and wireless support for visiting attorneys and clients, handling the new joiner setup processes, tracking computer and printer inventory and any other duties as required.  Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience from a professional services environment, possess good technical and analytical skills, and have a strong working knowledge of Windows 7 and the standard MS Office package.  Applicants should also have a practical knowledge of Citrix XenApp, Active Directory and Blackberry and iOS technology.  Offices are based in the City with a great salary and benefits package. Standard hours are 1pm to 9pm with the requirement of being flexible with your hours.
