IFA ADMINISTRATOR

Our client is an Independent Financial Services company that work with clients across the UK. They have provided financial advice for over 40 years and are now looking for a bright and proactive IFA Administrator to provide support to the Financial Advisers. The role will be busy and you will be part of a friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a truly successful business and you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the business. The role of the IFA Administrator is important to the smooth running of the business. Some of the duties will include:

The Duties:

* Attending client meetings with the Financial Advisers and taking meeting minutes

* Responsible for co-ordinating client meetings and diary management

* Collating all product information via product providers and presenting the products to the advisers

* Sending out recommendations reports and all relevant applications and documentation

* Responsible for providing valuations for clients

* Responsible for investing funds using provider platforms

* Dealing with a high level of confidential information

* Managing client files and updating accordingly - ensuring compliance is adhered to

* Collation of weekly fees on a rota basis - working with other IFA Administrators

* General administrative duties as required

* Information gathering

* Chasing up overdue documents from clients and providers

* Preparation of client valuations

Experience required:

* Experience of working within Financial Services or Wealth Management

* Excellent communication skills

* Experience of in house systems including Wrap/Platforms

* Keen interest in Financial Services

* Good attention to details

* Ability to work in a team
