Description
Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Maintain and update payroll records to ensure compliance with regulations.
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Ensure all statutory deductions are calculated and submitted correctly.
Prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in implementing payroll process improvements where needed.
Adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards in all payroll activitiesProfile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
Previous experience in payroll processing or a related field.
A strong understanding of payroll systems and procedures.
Knowledge of applicable payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.Job Offer
Competitive hourly rate of approximately £12.60 - £15.40.
