Key Responsibilities

• Managing a mixed caseload of private family law matters.
• Handling divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes.
• Drafting statements, consent orders, agreements, and court applications.
• Conducting advocacy where appropriate.
• Building strong client relationships and supporting the firm’s business development initiatives.
• Working closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex cases.

Key Skills & Experience

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law (NQ to Senior considered).
• Experience handling private family matters.
• Strong communication, drafting, and client-care skills.
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• A proactive, empathetic, and commercially minded approach.
