Title: Senior Negotiator
Location: Gravesend
Package: Basic £22,500 - £25,000 | OTE £35,000 - £50,000

Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency, is looking for a Senior Negotiator to join their successful Gravesend branch. This role would suit either a Negotiator ready to step up into listing or an experienced Senior Negotiator seeking a new challenge.

The Role

Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing excellent communication and care.

Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and achieve sales targets.

Confidently book valuations and generate new instructions.

Promote financial services and solicitors to benefit clients and drive branch income.

Use CRM systems, portals, and digital tools to engage clients and enhance results.

Work as part of a motivated, collaborative team focused on growth and performance.

The Candidate

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to negotiate and hit targets.

Confident IT and CRM skills, including Microsoft Office.

Organised, punctual, and results-driven.

Ambitious, proactive, and innovative.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary: £22,500 - £25,000

OTE: £35,000 - £50,000 (commission on a pooled basis)

Additional uncapped earnings available on top of OTE:

Mortgage appointments (£35 voucher each)

Solicitor referrals (£50 voucher each)

Property referrals (£100 each)
