About the Role: As our Permanent Teacher of KS5 Biology, you will play a crucial role in guiding our Sixth Form students through the complexities of the living world. You will deliver engaging and in-depth lessons at A-Level, fostering critical thinking, investigative skills, and a deep understanding of biological principles. You will inspire the next generation of scientists and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated Biology lessons primarily at A-Level.

* Cultivate a positive and intellectually stimulating learning environment for advanced Biology students.

* Develop and share high-quality teaching resources and contribute to the KS5 Biology curriculum.

* Track student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and support UCAS applications for Biology-related courses.

* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department and the wider school community.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
