What Will You Be Doing?

You'll manage an established portfolio of garden centre customers while developing new business across East Anglia. Your goal is to grow sales and market share through strong relationships, in-store execution, and proactive territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with independent garden centres and regional groups
Manage your own diary, planning effective customer visits across your territory
Identify and win new business opportunities within your region
Negotiate product ranges, promotions, and in-store positioning
Support customers with product knowledge and seasonal activity
Deliver strong merchandising standards and drive sell-out in store
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service
Monitor competitor activity and feed back market insights

What Do You Need?

Experience selling into the garden centre / garden retail channel
Strong relationships with buyers and store managers in your region
A proactive, commercially driven mindset
Strong organisation and ability to manage your own territory
Confident communication and negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
