Class 1 Personnel are working with a client based at Chester Racecourse to recruit Back of House- Kitchen Staff and Front of House- General Assistant, Bar, Cashier to work across the racing season. This is an excellent opportunity for you to work as Back of House/ Front of House in a stable environment with a strong reputation for delivering great service.

The role

As back of house, you will be responsible for all aspects of keeping the kitchen clean and ensuring the service has clean items for service throughout the day.

As Front of House you will be responsible for all customer-facing duties, including greeting guests, managing reservations, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining or entertainment experience, while also maintaining a clean and organised environment

Main job entails:

Back of House:

Service to the highest standard.
Washing up, loading dishwasher
Maintain work area cleanlinessFront of House:

Greeting guests warmly and professionally.
Answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns.
Ensuring a comfortable and positive atmosphere
Key skills:

A confident, self-motivated, and driven person.
Maintain high standards for customer service.
Ideally experience in working in a busy kitchenIn addition, you'll need the following:

- An excellent communication, team work and customer service skills
- An experience minimum of 1 year's ( desirable)
- A flexible attitude and a team player

In this role you will be working in a well-established kitchen and will be responsible for smooth running service on specific days

Shifts: 10:00 to 19:00 and 10:00 to 19:30 on selected dates.
