Job Description

We are seeking a part time Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Tuesday - Friday 9am-3pm


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Provide professional administrative support to management and sales staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and suppliers
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
  • Prepare, maintain and manage correspondences
  • Maintain filing system, offices procedures, book travel arrangements, provide general support to visitors, and act as a point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Maintain and file billings, payables, purchase orders, shipping documentation, and manage purchasing
  • Reviewing/responding to emails
  • Timely follow-up of priority orders and delivery appointments
  • Special Projects as assigned
  • Data entry and file maintenance (Payroll processing, PO tracking comments, and more as needed)



  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Experience in a human resources departmentand experience with Quickbooks a plus
  • Detailed oriented and organized with good analytical skills a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Email and Internet
  • Ability to write, speak, and interact clearly and professionally
  • Extremely organized with strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
