Registered Nurse (RGN) – Specialist Neurological Care & Rehabilitation
Day Shifts – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,868.50 – £35,373 + weekend enhancements
Our client is looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their growing neurological long-term care and rehabilitation service. What Our Client Is Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with current UK NMC registration.
- Skills or training in tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, or other neurological care practices.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills, especially with residents facing cognitive or communication challenges.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care for residents with neurological conditions.
- Create and implement tailored care plans in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage complex needs including respiratory support, pain management, and PEG feeding.
- Provide emotional guidance and clear communication to residents and families.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and evidence-based clinical practice.
- Support and mentor junior colleagues to uphold exceptional care standards.
