Location: Avonmouth

Salary: £30,(Apply online only) per annum 

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Avonmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established team, supporting both workshop and retail customers with accurate, efficient parts supply.

Key Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor

Provide excellent customer service to internal workshop staff and external clients
Order, receive and manage stock efficiently
Advise on parts availability, compatibility and pricing
Support front and back counter operations
Process orders and returns accurately using dealer systems
Maintain tidy and well-organised parts storage areas
Liaise with technicians to ensure timely delivery of required parts
Skills and Qualifications for a Parts Advisor

Essential

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive or commercial vehicle setting
Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components
Strong communication and customer service skills
Computer literate with experience using stock/order systems
Organised and detail-oriented
Desirable

Experience with commercial vehicle or HGV parts
Familiarity with dealership software systems
