We are currently seeking Mental Health Support Workers to join our team for flexible, temporary agency shifts across the Worcester area. You'll be working with adults who have complex needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and behaviours that may be considered challenging.

What You'll Do

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals live their best lives by:

* Providing compassionate care and support to adults with complex mental health and learning needs.

* Working across residential homes and supported living environments to promote independence and dignity.

* Building positive, trusting relationships with the people you support.

* Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and engaging in meaningful activities.

* Creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment where every individual feels valued.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A minimum of 6 months' experience in a Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, or Challenging Behaviour setting.

* Experience in managing challenging behaviours is essential.

* Training in MAPA, Mappa, PMVA, or CPI is required.

* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts — including days, nights, and weekends.

* A caring, reliable, and proactive approach with excellent communication skills.

* A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
