Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on specialised areas such as art law, charity disputes, and construction litigation.
  • Work closely with the team to devise strategic solutions and present them effectively.
  • Contribute to business development to expand the firm's client portfolio.
  • Provide insightful case analysis and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (2-5 years PQE).
  • Experience in property and commercial litigation, including leases and landlord-tenant matters.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil procedure rules and sharp analytical abilities.
