Shift Pattern:

Monday 3:00pm to 10:30pm

Tuesday 1:00pm to 10:00pm

Wednesday 1:00pm to 10:00pm

Thursday OFF

Friday OFF

Saturday 1:00pm to 10:00pm

Sunday 5:00pm to 2:00am (includes shift premium)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our long-standing clients who are expanding their warehouse operations due to continued growth and customer demand. As a Goods In and Out Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations from receiving goods to dispatching finished products.

Key Responsibilities for a goods in/out operative:

• Handle and process incoming goods for delivery to production areas

• Check product quality and report any discrepancies

• Support outbound operations, preparing goods for clients, wholesalers, and retail customers

• Operate forklifts and PPT equipment to organise stock and manage warehouse space

• Safely discard waste and follow all health and safety procedures

• Perform accurate data entry using internal IT systems

• Work as part of a 5-person team to support production and quality departments

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

What We’re Looking For in a goods in/out operative:

• Reliable and punctual individual with a strong work ethic

• Previous warehouse or goods-in/out experience preferred (training provided)

• Forklift or PPT experience desirable

• Team player with good attention to detail

• Flexible with working hours to meet business needs
