Arcus FM are looking for a Project Manager to join our Minor Works team. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing multiple projects across areas such as strategic change, systems implementation, and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation through to completion
- Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines
- Develop project proposals and business cases
- Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues
- Coordinate and manage third-party suppliers
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Establish project governance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and ensure delivery of expected business benefits
About You:
- 2-3 years' experience working in project environments
- Experience managing multiple projects or supporting project delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, risks, and timelines
- Experience working with third-party suppliers
- Experience in facilities management or similar industry is desirable
- Experience implementing workflow or scheduling systems is beneficial
Qualifications (Desirable):
- APM, PRINCE2, or PMI certification
- Degree or qualification related to Project Management
