📍 Location: Evesham
💷 Pay: £13.10 per hour
🕒 Shifts: Rotating - 2 weeks Monday to Friday 6:00am-2:00pm, then 2 weeks 9:00am-6:00pm
📄 Contract: Temporary to Permanent

A well-established food production company in Evesham is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with a passion for food safety and quality assurance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out quality checks across all stages of food production
Identifying and reporting non-conformities or deviations from standards
Maintaining detailed inspection records and completing quality reports
Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, safety, and quality regulations
Liaising with production and hygiene teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement✅ What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in food quality control or inspection
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP)
High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving🎁 What's in It for You:
