Job Title:      Multi-skilled Food Production Operative / Counterbalance Driver
Location:      Corby
Salary:        £33,694 rising to £39,641 after 3-month probation period

Our Corby-based client has a vacancy within their Production Team, with potential for an immediate start.

The main criteria required to be considered for this role are: -

· In date external Counterbalance FLT licence
· Flexi / Bendi licence would be desirable but not essential
· Experience within a fast-paced Warehouse environment
· Food production experience (preferable, but not essential)

The role does require lifting / carrying / decanting from 25kg bags / boxes of material.

Manual Handling aids are provided, but it can be classed as a heavy lifting role at times.

The average weekly hours will be 42 per week working a continental shift system of 12-hour shifts, alternating days and nights on the below pattern:

Week 1 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 nights on
Week 2 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off
Week 3 2 nights on - 2 days off - 3 days on
Week 4 2 days off - 2 nights on - 3 days off
