About the Role

A well-established and respected law firm based in central Brighton is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its expanding Residential/Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented NQ who is looking to develop their career in a supportive environment.
You'll be working on a broad range of matters including:

• Sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties
• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease extensions
• Property finance and secured lending
• Title investigation and report drafting
• Assisting with complex or high-value property transactions

What We're Looking For

• Recently qualified solicitor (0-1 year PQE), with at least one seat in property law
• Strong academic background and excellent attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
• A proactive and client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
