Account Manager - Alton
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join one of our valued clients based in Alton. This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Details Of The Role:- Location: Alton
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Job Type: Permanent position
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and projects
- Coordinating print jobs from initial brief through to delivery
- Liaising with internal production teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Identifying opportunities to up sell and grow client accounts
- Providing accurate quotations and managing client expectations
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a printing company is essential
- Proven experience in an Account Manager or similar client-facing role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
