The Role:

We are searching for an enthusiastic Teaching assistant to help shape young minds and provide exceptional care and learning experiences. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Bringing learning to life with engaging and imaginative activities 
• Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can flourish.
• Supporting the emotional, social, and cognitive development of young learners.
• Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress, keeping parents involved every step of the way.
• Collaborating with a fantastic team to make every day meaningful and fun!
• Ensuring safeguarding policies and procedures are always followed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification  (or equivalent)..
• A solid understanding of the primary curriculum
• A warm and nurturing personality with excellent communication skills.
• A passion for child development and early education.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
