Teaching Assistant - Palace Fields Primary Academy

The Supply Register are working in partnership with Palace Fields Primary Academy to support them with their staffing requirements. This popular Primary School is within The Heath Family Trust and has a good reputation for supply staff who go to this school on a regular basis.

This particular vacancy is for a long-term Teaching Assistant to support their already successful support team, often working 1:1 with pupils who need additional support but also providing general support for the whole class too.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting the whole class but often working 1:1 or within small groups.

- Liaising with other staff members to share best practice.

- Setting a good example for students in the classroom.

Requirements:

- Level 1, 2 or 3 in a childcare related qualification.

- Experience working with Primary-aged pupils.

- DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
