Robert Half are currently looking for a technically strong Head of Group Reporting to lead all group and statutory financial reporting, treasury and debt management, and support transactions for a complex multi-entity business. This role is all about delivering accurate, timely financial info, improving processes, and managing key stakeholders including investors and lenders.

Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver consolidated quarterly and annual financial reporting under IFRS (and US GAAP where applicable).
- Manage month-end close and statutory reporting, ensuring deadlines and accuracy.
- Lead financial planning, valuations, and support deal execution like acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing.
- Oversee debt and treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, lender reporting, and compliance with debt covenants.
- Manage external auditors and service providers, holding them to high standards.
- Simplify group structures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, investors, and lenders
Essentials:
- Qualified accountant with 10+ years PQE in multi-entity experience
- Deep technical expertise in IFRS and experience managing complex group reporting
- Strong background in treasury, debt management, and transaction support
- Experience leading finance teams and driving process improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines
