This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact Research Manager role where you will shape end-to-end quantitative projects, partner closely with clients, and help define best practice within a growing data-driven research function. The Role You will lead Data Services client accounts and deliver high-quality quantitative research through their proprietary platform. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing and owning client relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout each project. * Scoping, designing, and delivering quantitative studies from initial brief to final outputs. * Leading client calls, sharing updates, and presenting findings clearly and confidently. * Creating data tables and custom outputs using tools such as DisplayR. * Partnering with consulting and analytics teams on larger insight programmes. * Coaching and supporting researchers within the team. * Identifying opportunities to improve processes, standards, and ways of working.

Your Skills and Experience You will thrive here if you bring strong quantitative research capabilities and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You should have: * Strong commercial experience delivering quantitative market research projects end-to-end. * Proven ability to design and script surveys to a high standard. * Confidence advising clients on sampling, survey design, and potential risks. * Experience creating data outputs and ensuring exceptional data quality. * A commercially aware approach, including providing quotes and supporting RFP responses. * An interest in combining research expertise with modern research technology. * Experience with DisplayR is beneficial but not essential.
