Are you ready to take charge of a fast-paced retail and forecourt environment?

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Duty Manager to lead the afternoon shift (2pm-10pm) at our busy BP petrol station, which includes a Londis convenience store and a hot food service area.

What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Overseeing the forecourt, shop, and food service areas during your shift
✅ Leading and supporting a small team to ensure smooth operations
✅ Maintaining excellent customer service standards
✅ Taking charge of hot food prep and service
✅ Managing stock levels, cleanliness, and shift handovers
✅ Ensuring health & safety and compliance procedures are followed

About You:
✔ Experience in a similar retail or forecourt role is a bonus — but not essential
✔ Confident leading a team and taking ownership of your shift
✔ Comfortable in a busy, customer-facing environment
✔ Reliable, punctual, and proactive
✔ Must be able to travel to site - not on a public transport route, so drivers preferred
