This position will service participants in assisting low-income families and individuals, who may include homeless, elderly or disabled, to secure affordable housing and improved living conditions with the goal of an improved quality of life and self-sufficiency. Responsible for completing the ongoing, annual and interim examinations for the Housing Choice Voucher Program participants such as notifying participants of results, monitoring unit transfers and making annual rent adjustments.
Candidates must have:

- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bachelors degree or at least 3 years equivalent experience working with economically and socially disadvantaged individuals and or families
