Panoramic Associates is proud to be supporting a high-performing Specialist Education provider in the Southeast of England in their search for a School Business Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role at a pivotal time of growth and transformation. You'll be a driving force behind the operational excellence of the school, overseeing core business functions and shaping long-term strategy alongside a dynamic leadership team.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Lead and manage core support services including Finance, HR & Payroll, Estates, IT, Admin, Fundraising and Data Protection
Act as a strategic partner to the Headteacher and Governors on operational planning and risk management
Lead a team of five direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks (e.g. health & safety, GDPR)

To be successful in the role you will have:

Proven experience in a similar senior-level role within an educational or charity setting
Strong track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and operational services
Strategic leadership skills and the ability to deliver results across complex business areas
A solution-focused mindset, with confidence to influence and drive change at SLT level
