🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service on commercial gas catering equipment

*

Diagnose faults on commercial ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, and other kitchen appliances

*

Complete planned maintenance, servicing, and emergency repairs to high standards

*

Work independently across a regional patch with full support from the head office

*

Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and company procedures

✅ Essential Qualifications & Skills:

*

Comcat 1, 2, 3, and 5 certification (essential)

*

Valid CCCN1 gas safety qualification

*

Proven experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer or Commercial Gas Engineer with catering equipment

*

Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment servicing and fault finding

*

Full UK driving licence
