We are seeking a dedicated Nurture Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team at this school, a specialist provision for children with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs and/or autism spectrum conditions.

About the Role:

As our Nurture Teacher, you will lead a small, carefully structured class that provides a safe, predictable, and supportive environment for pupils who require a nurturing approach. Working closely with our multi-disciplinary team, you will design and deliver a curriculum that prioritises emotional wellbeing, personal development, and academic progress.

What We're Looking For:

* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a passion for inclusive education

* Experience working in SEN settings or with children who present with SEMH needs is highly desirable

* A nurturing, trauma-informed approach to teaching and behaviour support

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* A belief that all children can thrive with the right support
