The Role
As the HR Advisor, you will provide day-to-day HR support across the organisation, ensuring policies, procedures, and processes are followed consistently and effectively. This hybrid role offers a great balance of office collaboration and home working.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing clear, confident advice on HR policies and procedures
- Supporting managers with disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
- Managing HR and employee relations queries in a timely manner
- Handling payroll-related enquiries and liaising with payroll teams to resolve issues
- Ensuring accurate HR administration and maintaining employee records
- Supporting continuous improvement across HR processes
About You
- Experience in a transactional HR Advisor position
- Strong working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and ER processes
- Confidence handling disciplinary cases and implementing HR best practice
- Ability to respond to payroll queries accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- A proactive, organised approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR support
