We have something different for someone looking for a change in the property sector.

Our clients are industry leaders in the Build to Rent market, they have asked us to find them the right person for their major project in Leeds.

They are seeking someone motivated, proactive and who can work autonomously as a Lettings negotiator. This role is suitable for someone from New Homes sales who'd like the flexibility and less weekend work, or from a lettings background.

You would be letting contemporary designed apartments in a beautiful building with 450 units in its first phase and 450 to come in its second phase. It offers many additional features such as top spec appliances, residents gym, peloton studio, bowling alley, cinema room and more.

As the Lettings negotiator you'd handle all aspects of the lettings process, from initial enquiry to closing the deal.

On offer is an OTE £55-60k

Salary from £25,000-£35,000 depending on expereince

Commission paid on rental deals

Flexible working;

Only 1in 3 Saturdays.

You can choose to do your administration at home or in an office space in the building.

Runing your own viewing diary.

All in a swish city centre location.
